Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Preparation
In a bowl mix the rhubarb, granulated sugar and lemon juice and evenly. Pour into a baking dish lightly greased with butter 2 liters.

In the same bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, salt and butter. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut the butter into the dry ingredients to form a very safe mixture crumbly. Spread the mixture over the rhubarb and bake in the oven at 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
