Caramel Apple Pie - Step by Step

This apple pie recipe is very simple, but it is unusual in its structure. It does not contain flour or starch of binding of other filler together. The filling is basically caramelized apples, tied with natural pectin from apple peel and sufficiently thick, shiny syrup, clear apple.

If you prefer a thicker padding starchier, you can add a few tablespoons of flour to the apple slices.

Ingredients:
6 large red apples, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Pinch Of Salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1 package (15 ounces) Pillsbury pie or cake for a double crust 9 "cake
