In a shallow rectangular pan, add 2 cups of buttermilk, salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika. Stir with a fork to combine spices with buttermilk.

Add the chicken pieces in buttermilk. Ensure that most of the chickens covered with the whey, adding more if necessary.

Cover with Saran paper, and place the chicken marinate in the refrigerator.

Let marinate for 12-24 hours. The more juicy chicken marinades will be majority.
