Preparation
In a bowl, combine the hot sauce of olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Place the shrimp in a large plastic bag zipper top and pour the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.Remove shrimp from marinade take and leave to drain. Click prawns on bamboo sticks. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill the shrimp about 3 minutes per side or until it is finished. Serve hot, warm or cold.
