Preparation
Season pork chops on both sides with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, brown the pork chops, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate.Pour the excess oil, and place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Add the butter and onions with a pinch of salt. Fry golden for about 10 minutes, or until the onion.
Onions should caramelize for best results.Add garlic and 1 minute to cook. Flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken, whey and water. When the mixture begins to boil, use a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom of the pan browned bits.
Reduce heat and let the onion sauce gently over low heat for 15 minutes. Add a little water if it seems too thick. Add the pork chops and juices in the pan, and cover with the sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat its desired degree of doneness achieved. Make seasoning and adjust if necessary. Serve pork chops with rice, garnished with onion sauce.
