& Quot; No flip & quot; Recipe for grilled salmon

Preparation
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Brush the flesh side of the salmon with oil. Apply salt and freshly ground black to taste. Sprinkle on the herbs, and place skin side down on the rack. Close the lid and cook, without for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until salmon is just cooked.

The skin is black, but to isolate the fish and prevent unless cooked dry.

The surface of the salmon may look slightly translucent, but should be slightly firm to the touch and very warm. Remove and cover with paper; Let stand 5 minutes before serving with lemon. Herbs can be discarded or used as a side dish.
