As shrimp and sausage gumbo

Shrimp and shallots Add to the pan, season lightly with salt and simmer, stirring, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through, about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and adjust seasonings. Let stand for 10 minutes Gumbo.
