How true Texas chili recipe

Great taste, intense heat

This was a great recipe, but the chile 1/4 cup (hopefully a typo) was just too much. The flavors are amazing! I went down to 2 cups broth and did so with a cup of red wine. Just unbelievable. However, generates the heat was a little too much and was only a part ... the rest is in the freezer for when I do not mind what I eat as a "" moment Johnny Cash. "" Today, one tablespoon of chili powder and a little smoked paprika and white pepper to boot. Overall very good, but you have a good iron to withstand the heat.
