A delicious stew with 10 ingredients

Preparation

Chuck Season beef generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the olive oil in a pan and brown meat over medium heat on all sides. Remove chuck roast and the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium and cook the vegetables in butter for 5 minutes stirring.

The shell again with roasted vegetables, cover and bake in a preheated oven 275 degrees F.

Oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until fork tender. Allow the meat to a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Taste and vegetable mixture, if necessary.
