Cook your own ribs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Mix and blend the ingredients of friction in a small bowl. Place each rack of ribs in the middle of its own large piece of heavy foil. Applying dry friction on each side of the two racks (especially on the side of the meat). Wrap each rack in foil.

Place the paper on two supports in a baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 2 hours. Take ribs from the oven and with a pair of pliers, open the sheet (excess fat can be drained).

Show racks on a piece of foil and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.

Increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.

Back to oven ribs. Continue cooking, brushing barbecue sauce occasionally, until ribs are tender and glazed, about 30-45 minutes. Remove and let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving. cut ribs can throw extra sauce, if desired.
