Southern Style Deviled Eggs

Preparation

1. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. With a spoon, take the yellow in every hard-boiled eggs in a small bowl.

2. In a small bowl with the yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onions, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Fill the yolk mixture into the egg halves, topped with pepper and serve at room temperature.
