Chicken fried steak with white sauce

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 275 °.

2. Place meat in cubes pieces sheet of wax or parchment paper. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound of meat to make it tender. Season meat with salt and pepper cubes.

3. enter breading mix 2 cups flour with the salt and pepper in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk 2 eggs with 2 cups of milk and whisk to combine. Spice with salt and pepper.

4. In a large skillet or deep cast iron, filling rapeseed oil ½ inch. Heat over medium heat.

5. While the oil heat, cube steak pieces dredging in flour and then the mixture of milk and egg and flour again.

6. Add the fried meat in hot oil in batches to avoid overloading. Cook meat until brown cubes, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and place in a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.

8. Remove the chicken fried steak give oven, spoon sauce over it and serve.
