As & quot; Hot Smoke & quot; Fresh salmon fillets

You can woodchips that you like. Hickory Holzapfel, Mesquite, everything will work just fine. They should be soaked for at least 8 hours or overnight.

You must also:

  • Robust aluminum paper
  • Two salmon fillets 8 ounces boneless, skin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coal with lid
  • Charcoal, charcoal briquettes or
Caution: Do not use a gas grill Try!
