Perfect Bakery Barbecue Buffalo Wings

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

If necessary, cut the entire wing into two pieces, discarding the advice. Uncover two cups of heavy foil and spray lightly with cooking oil. Wings with salt and spread evenly on baking pans. Bake for about 20 minutes, remove and turn the wings over; Cook for 15-20 minutes until wings are cooked through and browned.

When cooking chicken wings combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Taste the sauce and add more flavor, if desired. Once the wings are cooked, transfer into the container (use terminals or trowel so that the fat in the plate remains). Mix to be coated with a spatula. Let stand for 3 minutes and mix, repeat several times. Chicken wings dipped in sauce, as they are made, and the enamel until slightly thickened, when it cools.

Shake a last time and in a platter. The blades should be well covered with sauce, but not sticky. If you want, you can use the wing in a (200 degrees F) oven for 15 minutes can keep for a chicken wing "dry". You can serve hot or at room temperature.
