Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. In hot sauce and vegetable oil, and toss with tongs to coat well. Sieve the flour into a large plastic bag, add the wings and shake well. Chicken Wings should be lightly sprinkled with flour.
Forms comprises two half-sheet with foil and spray well with rapeseed oil.
Distribute evenly over chicken wings pans, and sprinkle the wings to coat with canola oil. Bake for 30 minutes, turning chicken wings, and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
While the chicken wings cooked, add the ingredients with ice in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. And Reserve. When the chicken wings are done, transfer to a clean bowl while still hot, and pour over the enamel. Mix until all chicken wings are well covered, and transfer them to a plate.
