Classic Chili con carne never tasted so good.

Preparation

1. Place the meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring to break meat into small pieces, until browned. Drain fat. Add the onion, pepper, garlic and peppers. Cook for about 3 minutes.

2. Place the remaining ingredients and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 60 minutes or until the meat is tender. Add more water if necessary during cooking to adjust the desired thickness.

Taste for salt and spices, served hot fit, and.

3. The chili was made to go with a large US corn bread.
