Traditional Corned Beef Cabbage

Everyone knows corned beef and cabbage is the traditional food of St. Patrick's Day, but why only enjoy this simple recipe for corned beef once a year! Great for feeding a large group, and requires only a pot. Leftover Corned Beef served cold with brown bread with mustard makes a sandwich in the world.

Makes 6-10 servings of corned beef and cabbage
