Garlic Shrimp and Grits

Preparation

1. In a large plastic bag, add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Close plastic bag and shake to get the seasoning mixture over shrimp. Let sit shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. In a medium saucepan, season chicken broth, salt and pepper and cook over high heat. Add the tomato paste, combine the beating of chicken broth. Then add oatmeal, also beat to combine. Reduce heat, and much

4. In a medium heat, heat the oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, saute until shrimp are cooked and pink, 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, combing with shrimp and cook briefly for 30 seconds.

5. Transfer Serve the beans in a large serving bowl with garlic and shrimp.
