Great taste, intense heat
This was a great recipe, but the chile 1/4 cup (hopefully a typo) was just too much. The flavors are fantastic! I went down to 2 cups broth and did it with a cup of red wine. Simply amazing. However, the heat generated was a bit too much and could only part ... the rest is in the freezer for when I do not mind what I eat as a "" Moment of Johnny Cash. "" Currently, makes a tablespoon chili powder and some to boot smoked paprika and white pepper. In general, fine, but you need a good iron to withstand the heat.
