The best Irish soda bread

Soda bread associated with Irish cuisine, and is often served with a cup of tea. This classic rose pot with baking, hence the name. Before it is baked, a portion to be cut in the top of the pulp. Tradition says that the cross was meant to scare the devil.

Irish, similar in texture to when they spread a biscuit, homemade bread a welcome breakfast with jam or marmalade. It also goes well with a dish or main course soup. Bread is best when eaten fresh and hot from the oven.
