Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a glass mix for a minute; reserve until needed.

The butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly before the next. Stir until smooth in bananas, nuts and milk. Add stir the flour mixture until blended.

Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan 9 x 5 cm. Will bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 20 minutes before unmolding.
