Drunken mussels - mussels steamed in wine

Mussels drunk is probably the easiest recipe ever crustaceans. The molds are rapidly attenuated aromatic wine broth, and are ready to enjoy a few minutes. Make sure you have a bit of toast around so as not to lose any of the tasty juices.

Much power 4-6 small portions
