Such as shrimp and sausage gumbo

Prepare the following vegetables for Gumbo:
2 medium bell peppers (red, yellow or green, or a mixture), cored, seeded and chopped 1/2
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2
2 cloves garlic, minced
In a large oven or soup pot Netherlands, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until they shine. Add the peppers, onion, celery, garlic and cayenne pepper. Season Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and cook over fairly high heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
