The best recipe for Tri-Tip!
I moved to Santa Barbara, there are almost four years, and I loved the sandwiches Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip here. I was a bit by trying intimidated to prepare myself, I was asked to make a picnic on the beach birthday yesterday. After searching the internet for a recipe that seemed close to what I wanted. I can honestly say it was very easy to do, and was the most steaks I've ever had! I doubled the recipe because I prepared five pounds of meat for about 20 people and are compliments of it was the best steak ever tested (one of these awards from someone who has not usually done as a tri-tip came from). It was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked over a hot charcoal grill. The combination of friction and dry brush created the most delicious slices of steak I had in years. I recommend this recipe to all my friends!
