Turkey Casserole Easy

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F. In a large saucepan, combine the butter, flour, chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Add chicken, vegetables, tarragon, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Cool slightly.

3. If necessary, roll the dough on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle of 14 by 10 inches. Moisten the edge of the baking pan with water and place the dough over the filling. Tuck the edges under and press down firmly on the edge of the plate. Make a few cuts in the dough and brush with beaten egg.

4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Recipe Notes

• You can turkey mixture up to 2 days to do it in an airtight container in advance and refrigerated.
