How Braised Veal

The first step in the preparation of the pot is probably the most important. Beef Browning not only adds color, but it is what the deep flavor stew.

Start with 2.3 pounds beef chuck, cut into 2 cm cubes. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until hot light. Pat meat dry season and more salt and pepper.
