Maple glass of sweet potatoes recipe

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Add the lemon juice in a bowl with a liter of cold water. Sweet potatoes, peel and cut into two pieces and throw in the water while you work to prevent discoloration. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add the maple syrup, stirring to mix well. Remove from heat.

Let sweet potatoes, but do not rinse. Place in a bowl and butter / maple mixture, salt and pepper. Mixing with a spatula for mixing. Baking sheet with foil or silicon mat. Share the sweet potatoes distributed in the pan until evenly. Cook until tender, about 25 minutes. Transfer a bowl and pour over / stove additional maple butter. Warm or at room temperature.
