Deviled Eggs Recipe Horseradish

Preparation
Cut the eggs cut in half lengthwise and give pop the egg yolks in a bowl. Puree with vinegar, horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt and pepper until smooth. If the mixture seems dry, add more mayonnaise note.

With a spoon or pastry bag with a star tip generously fill the holes in the egg halves with the mixture of yellow. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Cool before serving.
