Rainy Day Mac and Cheese Recipe

Everyone is really picky and my friend like the "American" cheese. I have in 10 ounces of cheddar cheese. He, his parents, his best friend and his little brother loved them all. I will definitely be back and hopefully do it a bit easier the second time.
