Have you made on your own cheese? You ...

Excellent and easy, but be careful with the salt

It was excellent cheese and so easy to do but watch the salt. Since the last, the outside is showing quite salty cheese is added. If something else is used, such as the salt hidden. But depending on your usage, you can start with less salt and then work up to par. Try as you go, that's my best advice!
